Next, we need to describe the idea and develop a shared understanding of the project with project leaders and stakeholders

The diagnostic makes it possible to verify that the idea meets a reality and is relevant in the given context.

Our approach aims to identify one or more of the following:

• Customer demands
• Technological advances
• Legal obligations
• Ecological impacts
• The social need
• The project environment

The choice of the project

The information collected during the assessment is analyzed collectively to ensure that the project effectively and efficiently meets the goals of the organization and those requirements of a broad set of stakeholders.

Clarification and description of the pilot project

The logic model is the tool we use to clarify and describe the pilot project in its context.

We use this tool to put the ideas in perspective and to operationalize the process.

Feasibility study

The pilot project must be confronted with the realities of the environment.

It will therefore be necessary to check step by step that the objectives of the project are feasible in the implementation context.

Pilot project implementation

The pilot project implementation should verify feasibility, time, cost and risk before undertaking a similar project on a larger scale.

Evaluation of the implementation and impact

An evaluation would determine the success, constraints and possible improvements to the pilot project.

Management could use the results to determine whether the pilot project should continue and to make the desired improvements.
